Two months later, after I had written the CrossPress; the wordpress plug-in. The download number has been growing up to 500 times. That’s not a bad number. Really Impressive, for the first opensource program in my life, contributed to the world.
Thanks every one for using and please wait for my another projects in the following platforms,
1. Android
2. FireFox
3. SongBird
And maybe the special one written in Python language. If anyone got any ideas about the software, please share me.
The opensource software is not only for free of cost but it’s all about your freedom to use and freedom to contribute your idea.

Regarding to the question, how I can publish post in my atthakorn.com and the same content is automatically added into atthakorn.multiply.com; my favourite social network. Therefore I start developing a wordpress plugin; WordPress-2-Multiply, to solve the problem. Originally it only does the job posting to multiply each time I have a post in my official wordpress site. It works fine for a long.
Suddently, I was just noticed that the protocol (post-via-email) I used in plug-in, can be generic used across social network site. So I renamed WordPress-2-Multiply to CrossPress and extend it to behave more feature.
CrossPress is the wordpress-plugin which automatically, cross-posting to associated site/blog to enabling the post-via-email option with PIN code e.g. multiply.com, livejournal.com, blogspot.com and much more.
Initially, CrossPress contains these features,
- Immediately, crossposting to target sites when publishing a new post.
- Multiple sites support.
- Append signature for each post.

Description
CrossPress is the wordpress-plugin which automatically, cross-posting to associated site/blog to enabling the post-via-email option with PIN code e.g. multiply.com, livejournal.com, blogspot.com, wordpress-base site and much more.

What is PIN code
There are lots of website or blog support the posting via email. If the service is over there, the PIN code will be provided. You can use the PIN code as an email address. When you send a post content to, then the website or blog will publish the post as soon as it got you email. The following item are the sample of PIN code.
- www.multiply.com -> PIN@yoursite.multiply.com
- www.livejournal.com -> yoursite+PIN@post.livejournal.com
- www.blogger.com -> yoursite.PIN@blogger.com
Installation
1. Unzip “crosspress” archive and put all files into your “plugins” folder (/wp-content/plugins/) or to create a sub directory into the plugins folder (recommanded), like www.yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/crosspress/
2. Activate the plugin
3. Inside the WordPress admin, go to Settings > CrossPress, enter the secret PIN(s) and signature, the save them.
4. Now CrossPress will automatically publish a post content across the associated site each time you have a new post in wordpress.
Setting
Initially, there are two options must be edited before CrossPress is funtional.
- Secret PIN:
Site PIN code (email) that is enable you to cross-post to your associated site/blog via email. Each entry separated by new line. - Signature : (optional)
You can put a signature here as desire. The text URL will be converted to click-able URL automatically.

เผลอใจไปเดี๋ยวเดียว ผ่านไป 2 เดือน โดยที่ไม่ได้มาสนใจมา update เว็บเสียเลยย … นึกขึ้นได้เข้ามาเช็คเว็บสักหน่อย พบว่ามี Comment Spam มากมาย เลยต้องมานั่งลบกันนานเลย
จะว่าไปแล้ว Spam ก็เหมือนกับหยากไย่แมงมุม ปล่อยบ้านทิ้งไว้นาน ๆ ก็จะมีหยากไย้ขึ้น แต่ที่นี่เป็นเว็บไซต์ก็เลยมี Spam มาก่อกวนแทน คิดไว้ว่าจะลง anti-span plugin แต่ก็ยังไม่มีโอกาส เนื่องจากตอนนี้ที่พักไร้อินเตอร์เนท จะทำที่ Office ก็ไม่ได้ เพราะที่นั่น เค้า block ทุกอย่างเข้าเล่นได้เฉพาะ port#80 โชคดี WordPress ซึ่งเป็น Engine ของเว็บสามารถใช้งานผ่าน IE ได้.
ที่ผ่านมาก็มีเหตุการณ์สำคัญ ๆ หลายเหตุการณ์
เดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดบ่อยครั้ง ทั้งงานวันเกิดพี่ต้อย ไปเที่ยวกันที่เขาใหญ่ … ไปกันประมาณ 20 คน สนุกดีอากาศที่นั่นเย็นมาก อีกงาน ก็เพื่อนอิ่ม (ห้องเดี่ยวกันสมัยมัธยา) ออกเรือนไปอีกคน งานแต่งก็จัดที่สุรินทร์ (มีความสุขมาก ๆ นะ) แต่น่าเสียดายที่เพื่อนร่วมห้องไปกันน้อยมากก
และอีกประมาณ 2-3 วัน งานรับปริญญาที่ ม.ขอนแก่น ก็เวียนมาบรรจบครบปีอีกครั้ง แต่ปีนี้ไม่มีโอกาสได้ไป เพราะกำหนดการดันลงกลางสัปดาห์ ลางานลำบาก อีกทั้งก็ได้วางแผนหยุดยาวสิ้นปีไว้แล้ว ก็เลยขอแสดงความยินดีแด่พี่ ๆ น้อง ๆ และเพื่อน ๆ บางคนที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีนี้ด้วย

นาฬิกาบอกเวลา

และแล้วก็เที่ยงคืนเปลี่ยนวันใหม่
ในที่สุดก็ทำสำเร็จ ย้ายฐานข้อมูลจาก blogger มาใส่ใน wordpress. นั่งแก้ในส่วนของ layout ใหม่เกือบหมด แต่ก็ ok เสร็จก่อนเช้าพอดี 
ระหว่างแก้ layout กับลง plugin เพิ่มเติม ก็ได้อ่าน ข้อความเก่า ๆ ที่เขียนไว้ตั้งแต่ปีที่แล้ว รู้สึกแปลกดีแฮะ ตลก สนุก เศร้า และมีกลิ่นอายแห่งความคิดถึงง
วันนี้เท่านี้ก่อนดีกว่า เดี๋ยวพรุ่งนี้จะไปทำงานไม่ไหว …
